The goal with Misty Mornings was to create a low acidic gourmet coffee blend but without losing any of the taste and aroma one finds in other gourmet coffee blends when they are created for a special reason i.e. Low Acidity.

So this medium roast contains coffee beans such as Sumatra, when roasted to a medium roast, produces a low acidity coffee, then a touch of Indian Monsoon Coffee which is a low acidity coffee and aids in keeping the body full.

Monsoon has been deemed to have a srupy feel, so we add just enough to, again, keep the body full, then to smooth out the Monsoon, we have added a touch of Ethiopian, which we feel increases the body, while at the same time smooths out the Monsoon.
